30 km start

30 km participants start with a 20 km loop. Departing from Le Phare, the route takes in Lafontaine Park, Old Montreal, downtown, Plateau Mont-Royal, Mile End, Little Italy and Rosemont. Return to Le Phare.

10 km start

The 10 km participants join those of the 30 km. Together, heading for Maisonneuve Park, they walk a 10 km loop through Rosemont. Return to Le Phare.

1 km family start

All participants, neighborhood residents and Le Phare families, walk together one or more laps of Parc Jean-Duceppe in a festive atmosphere.

  • Start and finish at Le Phare
  • 30 km: Start with a 20 km loop. Route through Parc Lafontaine, Old Montreal, downtown, Plateau Mont-Royal, Mile End, Little Italy and Rosemont. Return to Le Phare, to join the 10 km participants.
  • 10 km: route to Maisonneuve Park
  • Number of people: no more than one at a time, lined up on the sidewalk, using the crosswalks at all times.

  1. Head west on Avenue du Mont-Royal.
  2. Turn left on Molson.
  3. Turn right on Rachel to Parc Lafontaine.
  4. Enter Parc Lafontaine via the diagonal entrance facing Lanaudière.
  5. Go completely around the pond to return via Parc-Lafontaine and then left on Duluth.
  6. Left on St-Denis into Old Montreal.
  7. Turn right on St-Paul until you reach McGill Street on your right.
  8. Go up McGill to branch off onto Beaver Hall to reach René-Lévesque on the left.
  9. Turn right on Crescent to return right on Ste-Catherine to St-Laurent.
  10. Left on St-Laurent to Beaubien on the right.
  11. Beaubien East to 5th Avenue and down to Le Phare.

10 km loop
  1. Head east from Le Phare via Avenue du Mont-Royal.
  2. Take Jeanne-D'arc left to Rosemont right to Parc Maisonneuve.
  3. Loop around the Park along rue Viau to exit the Park, where you'll find the chalet in front of the Olympic Stadium.
  4. Head south down Pie IX to take Ontario right to Dézery, which you follow up to Avenue Mont-Royal.
  5. Turn left to return to Le Phare.
